Good day. I am Leani van der Merwe, the owner of Top Eiendomme - a real estate agency in the beautiful town of Malmesbury in the Swartland.

I obtained a diploma in Office Management and Technology (cum laude) at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. My interest in property began when I completed a further course in Conveyancing. This interest turned into a passion when I started working at a small real estate agency in Monte Vista. After that I spread my wings and joined a much larger real estate agency in Blouberg and gained good experience.

I have broad knowledge and experience and consider myself a good "all-rounder". When the opportunity came my way to take over the business I excitedly jumped at the chance. May my passion for real estate in all facets assure you of quality work in all aspects of my business.
